Email admin@autonomousstudios.ai. One person reads it. We answer within two business days.

There is no account to recover and no password to reset, so tell us what happened and what you expected instead — that is usually enough to fix it.

What to email about

Refunds and cancellations

Apple handles both. We cannot issue a refund or cancel a subscription for you, because we never see your payment.

To request a refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find Savour, and choose “Request a refund”.

To cancel a subscription: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Savour → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Savour Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

A purchase did not appear, or you got a new phone: open Savour’s subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. That re-checks the Apple Account you are signed in to. If it still does not appear, make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase, then email us.

If something went wrong on our side, tell us anyway — we would rather fix it than have you ask Apple for your money back.

Deleting your data

Almost all of it is already only on your phone. Deleting the Savour app deletes your entire library — recipes, photos, plan, grocery list, pantry, and preferences. We never had a copy.

What we do hold is small: a random device identifier, rows recording which of our services that device called, and — if you subscribed — the App Store transaction. There is no name, email, or address anywhere in it, because we never asked for one.

To have it deleted, email admin@autonomousstudios.ai. We may ask you to send the device identifier, because it is the only way we can find your rows — we hold nothing else that could match them to you. We will never ask you for identifying information to prove they are yours.

Things worth knowing before you email

Savour is iPhone-only, and needs iOS 17 or later. There is no iPad or Mac version.

Your recipes do not sync between devices. They live on the phone they were saved on. If you use encrypted iPhone backups they travel with the backup, but there is no iCloud sync.

Instagram and TikTok imports depend on those platforms. When a platform changes something, an import path can break without warning. If a link that used to work stops working, email it to us — that is how we find out.

Recipes in languages other than English do not import reliably yet. Savour recognises recipe content through English word lists, so a Spanish or French reel is often refused even when everything else worked. This is a known limitation we are working on, not something wrong with your phone.
